Award Ceremony – Registration
Please fill in the adjacent form and send it back until October 31st to join the award ceremony on November, 21st, 3 p.m. in the Hall of Fame of the Deutsches Museum, Munich, and the dinner in the Holiday Inn.
Please insert the registration code you have received together with your invitation. You will receive an automatically sent confirmation of registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation of registration, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you did not receive an invitation, but desire to participate, send an email to email@example.com, please.
Your registration data will only be used for purposes of organisation of the event and not passed to third parties. Your name and affiliation will be published in the attendance list. During the event photos will be taken. Some of them may be published on our homepage. Photos can also be purchased from the photographer. By your registration you agree to this kind of data handling.
The foundation has blocked rooms in the hotel Holiday Inn Munich-City Centre, Hochstr. 3, 81669 Munich for reservations between Nov., 20th, and Nov., 22nd, including breakfast at the following rates:
Single Bedroom: 134,00 €
Double Bedroom: 153,90 €
If you need a hotel room, please book by yourself. The foundation does not book any room. The special rate is available until Oct., 21st. After that date, booking is only possible at the usual hotel rates. When booking a room at the hotel, please mention the “Eduard-Rhein-Stiftung” in order to take advantage of the special rate.
